Where do we ship?
We ship from our warehouse in China or America.
When will you ship?
We will ship within two working days and upload the tracking number as soon as possible, but the delivery time depends on the local delivery speed and customs clearance, which we cannot fully control. For US, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Mexico, estimated arrival time is 7-15 business days. For other countries, you need 15-20 business days to receive the package.
Additional Notice Regarding Shipping
It is the responsibility of the customer to assist in the successful delivery of the order. There are several situations in which the package is returned to the shipping company’s country of origin warehouse:
- We will contact the customer as soon as possible once we receive any notification from our shipping company that your package is stuck in customs due to any customs clearance reasons. If the customer does not promptly provide any necessary information required by customs (eg tax payment) within 48 hours. The package will be returned to the shipping company’s country of origin warehouse. If the customer wants to resend the package, you may incur additional charges (according to our shipping company’s bill). If you decide not to pick up the item yourself, you may be responsible for the return shipping fee (according to our shipping company’s bill). We will refund the retail price after deducting return shipping (excluding additional shipping if you paid when placing your order).
- We will contact the customer as soon as possible once we receive any notification from our shipping company that the delivery address or phone number is incorrect. However, if the customer does not respond to our inquiries in time, it will result in a failed package delivery. Customers may incur additional costs for redelivery.
- After the customer receives the product, if it is not related to the product quality problem, and the customer wants to return the product, the customer needs to make a request within 7 days after the product/package arrives, and the customer needs to bear the return shipping cost. Once we receive the product in our warehouse, we Product cost will be refunded through Stripe.
- Delivery details on the courier company website will be deleted if it appears as “delivered” on the courier company website (eg: DHL) for more than 1 (one) month. The courier will not provide us with any compensation for these orders, which is why we will not be able to provide any refund if the customer does not email us to investigate the package 1 (one) month after it has been “delivered” on the courier website .
- To avoid returns, customers must provide their full name on the information sheet. If the name on the form is incomplete, the return fee will be the responsibility of the customer.
